What You Need to Know About Pinnacle
“Pinnacle is unique because its stitch rate gets tighter as the weight increases. The 50- and 60-ounce versions are the best performers.”
Three-star performance
Soft, Comfortable and Tightly Constructed
★★★☆☆
Pinnacle uses a finer, softer yarn than a high-traffic carpet such as Jackpot. Its tight 10th-gauge construction and 5.75 twist give it more body than many extra-soft carpets, but its greatest strength is comfort rather than maximum traffic resistance.
Best rooms: bedrooms, formal living rooms and other shoes-off spaces. For busy family rooms, stairs and hallways, we would normally recommend a denser, higher-denier style such as Jackpot.
